Congeladora Horticola's annual production capacity is 22 million pounds (about 10,000 metric tons). The company's operations started in January 1991. It has been exporting its products since then.




Quality comes from quality


We start by planting and nurturing each seed we grow in our climate-controlled greenhouses. We prepare the fields and nurture our crops with our own custom designed drip irrigation system, so plants flourish and grow. We inspect each vegetable and fruit during the harvest to make sure they meet our stringent quality control standars.













Then we use our Individual Quick Freeze (IQF) method that incorporates our top-of-the-line machinery and tunnels to ensure the fresh taste of our products is frozen into each delicious bite.





We meet - and more often exceed - compliance standards for the safe use of chemicals. In addition, we've always fulfilled USDA and FDA quality control requirements such as HACCP, GMP, Recall Programs and more. We have also implemented strict microbiology standards at our facility.
















This not only meets the stringent requirements of the frozen vegetables market, but makes our products safer for final end-users everywhere.
